Conditions:
By placing an order with Piggy Bank World for any product labeled 'Promotional', the buyer agrees to the terms as described below.
Additionally, by placing an order with Piggy bank World for any product not found in the Promotional Coin Banks category and the quantity of the order is equal to or greater than 30 units, the buyer agrees to the terms as described below.
Speculative
Samples: Samples are available and are billed at
a single unit cost plus shipping until the first full-quantity purchase, at
which time the sample cost is refunded. If multiple samples have been purchased, then only those items which are within the next full-quantity purchase are eligible for a refund unless prior arrangements have been made.
Cancellations,
Corrections, or Changes: Any changes, corrections, or cancellations
of any order can be made only under the condition that Piggy Bank World is entitled to full payment for any production which has already occurred prior to the submission of such change, correction, or cancellation.
Piggy Bank World reserves the right to commence production of an order at any time following receipt of the order.
Therefore, should an order cancellation be submitted after that order's production has been completed, then the buyer of that order is required to provide full payment of the order to Piggy Bank World minus shipping costs. In this case, the required fee is 100% of the order subtotal which
includes: restocking, manufacturing (labor & material), and
storage. Any change, cancellation, or correction to an order must be submitted via fax to (360) 400-2149.
Returns:
Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization
from the factory and only in cases of manufacturers defect.
Any complaints must be made within 30 days
of shipment. All returns must have a Return Authorization
Number-- NO EXCEPTIONS. For complaints involving freight
carrier or breakage, refer to "Shipping" and "Freight
Claims."
Payment
/ Terms: All payment must be received before the merchandise
is shipped. First time orders will require full payment
at the time of placing an order. Orders over $10,000 will
require a deposit from repeat customers at the time of placing
an order. Check, Credit Card, and Wire Transfer are all
acceptable means of payment.
Nature of
Materials: Due to the inherent properties of metal, ceramic,
vinyl, and plastic there may be small imperfections and irregularities
which should not be perceived as defective. Variations in materials,
production temperatures, and imprint pigments may result in slight variations
in glaze, finish, or imprint colors. Any such variations must
be considered acceptable.

Artwork:
Prices are based on camera ready
artwork. If art is not
camera ready,
additional charges may be required. Please call for details.
Method
of printing: Pad Printing or Silk Screening (depending on the product). All printing methods create a permanent ink finish.
Standard
Ink Colors: White, black, red, blue, green and burgundy.
Due to base material color, the imprinted color will vary between
items.
Special
Colors: We can usually match colors. However, because
of the nature of ceramic, metal, and vinyl paints we cannot guarantee
exact matches, especially in lavender and purple. Requests for colors
other than standard colors must be accompanied by the swatch of
PMS color.
Minimum
order imprinted: Varies by product; minimum orders for products are defined on each product's page.
Less
than minimum: Not available for imprint orders.
Less than minimum orders are available only in case packs except
for the Ceramic Piggy Banks with 24K Gold Detail. Please call for
less than minimum pricing on these piggy banks.
Normal
Production Time: Average production times are listed with each product; please call anytime for an accurate assessment based on item number and quantity. Production time for custom
projects vary greatly and can only be determined by calling.
Shipping:
All merchandise is shipped via UPS unless prior arrangements have
been made. Do not return broken or damaged goods to the
factory without written authorization - they will not be accepted.
Piggy Bank World's responsibility for freight condition ceases
after shipment is accepted by the transportation company.
Freight
Claims: Please inspect all merchandise
immediately upon receipt. Claims for shortages or damages
must be filed with the carrier within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Title of goods passes to the buyer upon release to the carrier.
Split
/ Drop shipments: There is a
$7.50 charge
for each split or drop
shipment
destination.
Over Runs / Under runs: Due to the difficulty of manufacturing exact requirements without sacrificing quality, a shipment of 5% over or under the quantity ordered must be considered a fulfillment of that order. Customer will be billed accordingly.
