any piggy banks or coin banks purchased through us.
In the event you are not satisfied with any piggy banks purchased at
Piggy Bank World, we have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and
hassle-free return process. You can return or exchange your piggy bank
within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is in new and resellable
condition inside its original packaging. All coin banks properly
returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. Simply call Piggy
Bank World's toll-free number to receive both an RMA number and the
proper return address information. We will credit you for the total
purchase price less any shipping/handling charges. Your credit or
refund will be issued by Piggy Bank World upon receipt of the item.
Please note: custom or personalized piggy banks can not be returned due to their customization to your specific request.
Packing and Sending your Return or Exchange
After calling to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number and return address information, you will need to prepare your
piggy bank for shipment. Pack the coin bank to be returned securely in
the original carton. Inside the shipping box, please include your
contact information, the order number, and the reason for the return.
Also note what you would like Piggy Bank World to do with the return
(refund, credit, replace with new piggy bank, etc.). On the outside of
the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate address that was
given to you by the customer service specialist. Make
sure that the package is fully sealed prior to shipping. We ask that
all piggy banks be returned by a trackable means such as UPS, FedEx, or
DHL. Piggy Bank World is not responsible for returned piggy banks that
are lost or damaged.
